       All prices are per room and night ( two persons sleeping in one double bed ). All taxes are included.

     Center town is 4 minutes walking distance and there is a lot of restaurants and snack-bars to provide you breakfast (no meals). Just 25 meters from the house there is the Café Creperia Cais do Rio.

             Full prepayment is required by online bank transfer , bank draft or Western Union with costs on your side. Make your reservation only if you are sure about it as the deposit will only be refunded if the room is resold. 

             Note - If you make a cancellation less than 30 days prior to arrival, no refund will be made.

                  I regret to have to apply this payment and cancellation policy, but on the internet it is easy to "play" with bookings ... and this place to stay has only 5 rooms, meaning that 1 room represents 20 % of the total availability.

Sending a deposit normally takes 5 working days to reach destination. If the deposit does not arrive within 8 days, the reservation might be cancelled. Please send the deposit as soon as you decide to book.

Bank transfers should be made in accordance with the European Community rules - (Iban+Swifft Code+shared costs) and the fee will be the same as for a national bank transfer ( 5 euros ). 

                                If using Western Union  you just have to tell me the Western Union CODE.

                                                         Comissions on Credit Cards are very high in this small places do to the small amount of money envolved, This is the reason as I don´t have a contract to accept credit cards. I´m sorry for that.
